Steer clear

I had the great displeasure of playing Need for Speed Undercover today. I don't normally like to criticise other people's games without doing a proper analysis and a detailed review. However, in this case I feel I have to. In the current economic climate it is simply not acceptable for EA to charge full price for this incomplete pile of trash. It's like somebody accidentally stuck a pre-alpha build on the master. The performance, gameplay and graphics are all utterly terrible, on both PS3 and Xbox 360.

Please, if you were thinking of spending hard-earned money on this, steer clear. If I'd bought this game I'd be disgusted enough to take it back and ask for a refund. It's that bad.

Any reviewer who gives the game more than 5 out of 10 simply can't be trusted. I would struggle to find enough reasons to give it 1 out of 10.

This isn't just an anti-EA rant. If you really want to give EA your money then buy Dead Space or even FIFA 09. They are very good games.

Honestly, I can't describe how shambolic Need for Speed Undercover is.
